The work done on my vehicle is excellent. The performance of my vehicle is in much better shape than when I brought it in. I was updated in a timely manner and given estimates of the cost prior to the work done. Will definitely bring my vehicle in for repairs again.

I had 4 new tires placed on my vehicle in Dec of 2018. The installation lasted 3 hours when I was promised 1 hour. Additionally, none of the tires were inflated to the correct manufacturers specifications. Lastly, one of the new tires was leaking rapidly before I got home. I was forced to air it up myself and immediately return to have it fixed. I am not likely to use them in the future.

I have little to no interaction with the technicians that service my vehicles, but the fact that I have never returned a vehicle because of technician error, is a statement of good work. The administrative personnel do there work with professionalism, courtesy and a outstanding attitude. Good work ethics at Williams Automotive is why I have used there service since 1993.

I really like being able to schedule my service online which made checking in a breeze. All my friends were at work and no one was able to pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. The ride home and back was greatly appreciated. I wasn't looking forward to sitting in the waiting area or attempting to walk home in the rain.

Went in with a Tire pressure sensor light on. Usually this means new sensors in the tires, about a $600.00 job. The good folks at Willians diagnosed the problem as interference from a bluetooth transmitter. I removed the transmitter and the problem was solved. They could've sold me new sensors, but they were honest and did not make a repair I did not need. I highly recommend Williams Automotive. They will tell you the truth about your vehicle.

When we brought our vehicle in to get checked out Kris was the man at the desk, he is very friendly and easy to talk to about the problem we are having about our vehicle. After the tech checked out the Jeep he was very courteous explaining the needs of the Jeep, it is quite extensive in cost as well and what needs to be done. Kris broke the items down into several sheet so we can plan on how and what will need to be done first. He was very patient and through in his explanation and told us to give him a call to setup a time as we get the necessary financing to get these repairs done. It is our plan to get these repairs done at Williams and we both agree your business is a very fair price location for our repair needs.

Had a nail in my tire and because of a back injury flare up I needed it done quickly. Had planned on going to the car dealership since I hadnt had my car long and was nervous about going anywhere else but I have used Williams' several times before and knew they would do a good job, and my past experience with the dealership made me think there was no way my back would let me sit there that long. Williams' folks were kind, did a great job cheaper than what the dealer was going to charge, and got me back home in no time at all.

I loved how no one tried to take advantage of me by recommending unnecessary maintenance and racking up bills. I was told at another shop that I needed new brakes ASAP. I would have liked them to place my tire key back in glove compartment and returned my seat to upright position but other than that, great experience!

They looked into the problem and said it wasn't worth fixing. Th cost would be more than the value. These guys are honest and straight forward. They only charged me 23 bucks and change to look at it. That's about 15 mins in shop time they had more time in than that just writing up the report of the issues they found. If I had a complaint it would be I wish they had some limited services on sat. This shop is as honest as they come.

Even when they knew we were leaving, they gave us tips on how to find a good automotive place in our new town. We appreciate the great service we have always received. These guys are very honest people. They get to your vehicle quickly. If they find something else wrong they will call you before they fix anything that you have not told them to fix. They have worked on my son's truck twice and done a great job.

You advertise having business hours until 6 which is great for working people! but I walked in today at 5:10 and was told I was too late to be seen! That they had taken their last customer! This is absolutely ridiculous! Especially when there was one guy standing in the garage looking at me! One sitting in front of the computer and another sitting in the waiting room talking to people! Don't advertise hours you don't honor! I will be sure to let everyone in our neighborhood of maple creek farms (which is substantial) know what terrible service myself and my 3 year old little boy recieved tonight!! Williams Automotive replied: Dear Anonymous, I am sorry for any inconvenience but unfortunately that are times that we have to stop taking work that late in the day because we could not get the work completed before closing time. If you come in at 5:10 and we still have be 3 customers in front of you it would be impossible to complete the service by closing time. As for the employee that was talking to the customer in the waiting area and the one behind the counter, well those were service advisors which do not work on the cars. Yes we advertise that we are open until 6:00 but that does not mean we can take work in at 5:59. Usually we can not take work in for the same day after around 5:00 because we still have vehicles promised that day that are not completed yet. I am sure the service writers advised you we could service your car another day and even offer to make an appointment for another day to reserve some time for around 5:00 for you. We will always be honest and as accurate as possible with our customers about when we can service their vehicles, even if it cost us the job. We will not lie to get the job and then have an excuse as to why we did not get it done. If honesty cost us the job or "sale". well, then that customer is not for us anyway. |

My car was there for 2 days before i had to call and ask if there was any progress made. When i did call they still didn't know what the problem was. I still had to pay 50 for their 'time'. Williams Automotive replied: It is unfortunate and I am very sorry that you feel like $50.00 was for just time. It was for 2 days of tring to duplicate the intermittant no start problem and testing which revealed no fault or failed part at this time. We do not sell parts unless the part fails testing or sell any services that are not required. But also included our research which did reveal a recall on this vehcile for a pcm/ relay problem that would be covered for free by manufacturer and that could be the cause of the intermittant no start and also the 2 cat codes stored in computer. We also called the manufacturer and verifyed that this car was covered by this recall and provided you with the contact person that we had talked to, so you could set an appointment to have the recall completed before any other parts where replaced or money spent. I am sorry that the first day we could not tell you what was the cause of the intermittant no start but we were told that we could keep the car another day in which |

Would have rated visit higher, but have noticed my brake light is still not working. Was told a boot or clip was changed, tail lights work, brake lights do not. This needs to be checked. I paid $80 something dollars. I expected everything right. We're brake lights not checked upon installation of boot? Williams Automotive replied: I apologize Ronnie. I was pleased with fixing the problem but was disappointed that the price greatly exceeded my expectations. I asked for a 100K checkup, remove sparkplugs and fix the problem with it cutting out. When given the estimate, I acknowledged it only to find out that the 100K checkup was not included plus the estimate increased another $120. Happy it was fixed but very unhappy about being misled. Williams Automotive replied: I am very sorry for any misunderstanding. It is NEVER our intent to mislead anyone for any reason. It is always our goal to perform the highest quality work at the best possible price. It is unfortunate that this model Ford has problems with spark plugs breaking off which does increase the price of the repair. I am very glad that you were pleased with the quality of our work and thankful that you entrusted us with the diagnosis, repair and service of your Ford truck. It is my hope that in considering the fact that the dealership was much more expensive for the same service but the dealership price did not include removing the 3 broken spark plugs, that you will reconsider your review. The $ 90.26 for a oil change, air filter, rotation and one flat repair w/computer balance is as cheap as we can get it. I wish that the cost to operate a business legally and by the rules was not so high. It is unfortunate that as our cost increases, (due to all the government regulations, taxes and operating expenses), that our price has to reflect the increase. Also I will let my employees know not to sit in view of customers when on lunch or break. They like to sit at the desk in front of the window. I want to thank you for responding to our survey , it is input such as yours that helps us continually strive to do better. |
